Welcome to RoamDhuniye! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RoamDhuniye ("we," "us," or "our") provides prepaid eSIM (embedded SIM) plans that offer global data connectivity for international travelers. Our eSIMs are provisioned through our third-party partner. By purchasing a plan, you are buying a prepaid data-only service; it does not include a mobile number or support for voice calls or SMS, unless otherwise specified.
To use our Service, you must create an account, typically via Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.
- Placing Orders: All orders must be placed through our Service. You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before submission.
- Payment: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, FahiPay, and our loyalty currency, "Roins."
- Bank Transfer/FahiPay: Orders paid via these methods are subject to manual approval. You may be required to provide proof of payment (e.g., a transfer slip). The order status will remain "Pending" until our team verifies the payment.
- Roins: You may use your Roins balance to pay for eSIM plans. Roins will be deducted from your account immediately upon placing the order.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Order Approval: We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. If an order paid with Roins is rejected, the corresponding Roins amount will be refunded to your wallet.
- Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing. Compatibility information is provided on our website, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy for all device models.
- Activation: Your eSIM plan must be activated by scanning the provided QR code. An internet connection is required for installation. The validity period of the plan begins once the eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination, not upon installation.
- No Transfers: Once an eSIM is installed on a device, it cannot be transferred to another device. A new eSIM plan must be purchased for a different device.
- Data Roaming: You must enable Data Roaming on your device for the eSIM to function correctly. You may also need to configure the APN settings as per our instructions.
- Earning Roins: You can earn Roins through various activities, including:
- Purchasing Roins: Buying Roins packages directly.
- Feedback: Submitting feedback after an approved order.
- Referrals: When a new user signs up with your referral code and makes their first successful eSIM purchase.
- Spending Milestones: Reaching certain spending thresholds on our platform.
- Redeeming Roins: Roins can be used as a payment method for purchasing eSIM plans on our Service. Roins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Referral Program Eligibility: You must have at least one successfully approved eSIM order to be eligible to generate a referral code and participate in the program.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any material that is abusive, harassing, or fraudulent.
All content on our Service, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of RoamDhuniye or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoamDhuniye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
