Processing Time
We are committed to processing all eligible refunds within 7 working days from the date of approval.
At Roam Dhuniye, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our eSIM products.
Eligibility for a Refund
- You may be eligible for a refund if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the eSIM, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible, you must have followed the installation instructions and troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be granted if your device is not eSIM compatible or is carrier-locked. It is the customer's responsibility to check device compatibility before purchase.
- Once an eSIM has been installed and used (i.e., data has been consumed), it is generally not eligible for a refund unless there is a verifiable technical fault with the service.
- No refunds will be provided for accidental purchases or if you no longer need the eSIM.
